Pursuit into Scott County results in a Crash involving a Scott County Sheriff's Deputy...Arrests made of Fleeing Subjects

Scott County- On 4-13-2023, Clark County Sheriff's Deputies were involved in a pursuit of a fleeing vehicle in Clark County.  After the pursuit entered Scott County, deputies (from Scott County) attempted to end the pursuit before the fleeing motorist /vehicle entered more populated areas of Scott County, ultimately resulting in the offender(s) being apprehended and transported to the Clark County Jail.  During the pursuit, a Scott County Sheriff's Deputy (the deputy's name will be released after proper notification of family) was involved in a single vehicle crash.  The deputy was transported to University Hospital in Louisville as a precaution. As of the time of this release, the deputy's condition was listed as good, with only minor injuries. A follow-up news release will be produced when more information is known.
