Recent Arrests by the Scott County Sheriff's Office
Scott County-The following arrests were made recently by Scott County Sheriff's Deputies.
On March 30th, Malcolm Neace, 50, of Scottsburg, Indiana was arrested on Warrants for Failure to Comply and Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.
On April 1st, Tony Dagostino, 39, of Lexington, Indiana was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine, False Informing, Possession of Paraphernalia, Maintaining a Common Nuisance, Operator Never Licensed, and Resisting Law Enforcement.
On April 2nd, Benjamin Turner, 38, of Lexington, Indiana was arrested for Battery.
The following arrests were made on April 3rd:
Jordan Benefiel, 27, of Indianapolis, Indiana was arrested on a Warrant for Driving While Suspended-Prior.
Jessie Berger, 34, of Scottsburg, Indiana was arrested for Disorderly Conduct.
On April 4th, Keith Washington, 42, of Indianapolis, Indiana was arrested on Warrants for Possession of Methamphetamine and Maintaining a Common Nuisance.
The following arrests were made on April 6th:
Brack Fugate Jr., 46, of Scottsburg, Indiana was arrested on Warrants for Neglect of a Dependent, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Paraphernalia, Auto Theft, and Counterfeiting.
Keith Smith, 41, of Scottsburg, Indiana was arrested on Warrants for Failure to Appear on Possession of a Narcotic Drug (2 counts).
Kenneth Mills, 25, of Scottsburg, Indiana was arrested for Escape.
Kelly Elliott, 37 of Deputy, Indiana was arrested for Domestic Battery.
The following arrests were made on April 10th:
Jeremy Snell, 40, of Underwood, Indiana was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Paraphernalia, and Operator Never Licensed.
Angel Hibbs, 25, of Evansville, Indiana was arrested on a Court Order.
Dustin Rice, 25, of Lexington, Indiana was arrested for Residential Entry and Criminal Trespass.
