Scott County Sheriff's Deputies Ring in the New Year with More Arrests...Accountability for Poor Choices

Scott County-The following arrests were made recently by Scott County Sheriff's Deputies as poor choices are made and arrests promptly follow.

The following arrests were made on January 2nd;

Brittany Hormann, 34 of Madison IN was arrested for Domestic Battery and Invasion of Privacy.

Billy Embry, 44, of Marysville, IN was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine, Maintaining a Common Nuisance, Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, and Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Roberto Guardado, 28, of Marysville, IN was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine, Visiting a Common Nuisance, Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, and Possession of a Controlled Substance.

On January 3rd, Anthony Deaver, 36, of New Albany, IN was arrested on a Warrant for Non-Support of a Dependent and a WRIT of Attachment for Child Support.

The following arrests were made on January 7th;

Patrick Rice, 47, of Salem, IN was arrested for Resisting Law Enforcement and Theft.

Matthew Smith, 27 of Austin IN was arrested on a Warrant for Public Intoxication.

The following arrests were made on January 8th;

Michelle Burns, 43, of Seymour, IN was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Paraphernalia.

Avante Robinson, 43, of Indianapolis, IN was arrested for Possession of Paraphernalia, Maintaining a Common Nuisance, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Methamphetamine, Neglect of a Dependent and Driving While Suspended - with a Prior Conviction.

Cody Colvin, 37, of Seymour, IN was arrested on a Warrant for Fraud and for Theft over $750.00 but less than $50,000.

On January 9th, Timothy Jeffries, 55, of Austin, IN was returned to Custody on old Charges.
