Scott County Sheriff's Deputies Remain Vigilant - More Arrest Made as the Effort Continues to make Scott County the Safest Place to live in America

Scott County-The following criminal arrests were made by Scott County Sheriff's Deputies as the push continues to eradicate illegal activity from our community.

On August 29th, William Deaton, 22 of Seymour IN was arrested on a Warrant for Possession of Methamphetamine.

The following arrests were made on August 30th;

Travis Rice, 38 of Seymour IN was arrested for Public Intoxication.

 

 

 

Charly Young, 25 of Austin, IN was arrested on a Parole Violation.

Paul Cox, 38 of Rushville, IN was arrested on a Warrant for Non-Payment of Child Support and an Out of County Warrant (Rush Co.)

The following arrests were made on August 31st;

Jimmie Gay, 51 of Lexington, IN was arrested on a Parole Violation.

 

 

 

 

Craig Tharp, 36 of Lexington IN was arrested on a Parole Violation.

The following arrests were made on September 2nd;

Pascha Hanner, 36 of Louisville, KY was arrested on a Warrant for Serving Time.

Christopher Greene, 46 of Scottsburg IN was arrested for Neglect of a Dependent.

Robin English, 22 of Scottsburg, IN was arrested for Neglect of a Dependent.

Michael Stollings, 50 of Austin, IN was arrested on Warrants for Escape and Operator Never Licensed.

On September 3rd, Charles Leary, 33 of Scottsburg, IN was arrested on an Out of County Warrant                  (Hancock County).

The following arrests were made on September 4th;

James Smith, 32 of Scottsburg, IN was arrested on an Out of County Warrant

(Harrison Co.) and two (2) Out of State Warrants (Meade Co. KY and Jefferson CO. KY).

 

 

Kyle Eve, 32 of Charlestown, IN was arrested on an Out of County Warrant

(Clark Co.) and for False Informing.

NOTE: Not only are Deputies arresting the offenders on the street, but our Deputy Jailers are also offering services and classes to our inmates. These services and classes provide a path for our inmates to get clean while simultaneously receiving much-needed job skills training, their high school equivalency diploma, substance abuse treatment, spiritual involvement with numerous church groups, and association with peer support groups such as Thrive. We would be remiss to think we can do this alone.
