Scott County Sheriff's Deputies Remain Vigilant - More Arrest Made after Poor Choices by Offenders

Scott County-Arrests continue to be made by Scott County Sheriff's Deputies as the push continues in the quest to make Scott County the safest place to live in America.

On June 24th, Jeremy Pierce, 46 of Seymour IN was arrested on a Warrant for Possession of Methamphetamine.

The following arrests were made on June 28th;

Amanda Combs, 34 of Austin IN was arrested for Escape- Flees from Lawful Detention.

Ronald Stoner, 53 of Scottsburg IN was arrested for Escape- Flees from Lawful Detention and for an Out of County Warrant (2 counts).

The following arrests were made on June 30th;

Jonathan Bray, 34 of Scottsburg IN was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine, Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Law Enforcement, Possession of Marijuana-Hash or Hashish, and Battery (2 counts).

Anthony Gross, 36 of Scottsburg IN was arrested on warrants for Possession of a Narcotic Drug and Escape- Flees from Lawful Detention.

 

On July 4th Edward Arbuckle, 56 of Scottsburg IN was arrested for Operating a Vehicle with a BAC of 0.15 or More and for being a Habitual Traffic Violator.

The following arrests were made on July 5th;

Bradley Coleman, 45 of Crothersville IN was arrested on a Warrant for Fraud and Theft greater than $750.00 less than $50.000.

Tiffany Morris, 33 of Scottsburg IN was arrested for Public Intoxication and Escape- Flees from Lawful Detention.

 

The following arrests were made on July 6th;

Nicholas Curtsinger, 23 of Austin IN was arrested on a Court Ordered Warrant.

James Paulson, 44 of Indianapolis IN was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Appear

On July 7th James Hanifan, 33 of New Albany IN was arrested for Possession of Paraphernalia, Possession of Methamphetamine, Public Intoxication and Maintaining a Common Nuisance.

 

On July 8th Frank Ashby, 40 of Underwood IN was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant and a new charge of Resisting Law Enforcement Resulting in Officer Injury.

On July 11th, Danyell Bolden, 44 of Seymour IN was arrested on Warrants for Escape- Flees from Lawful Detention and Possession of Methamphetamine.                                  

On July 12th, Bethany Sparrow, 36 of Scottsburg IN was arrested for Escape - Flees from Lawful Detention

 

The following arrests were made on July 13th;

Anna Smith, 25 of Austin IN was arrested on Warrants for Failure to Comply on Possession of a Narcotic Drug and Maintaining a Common Nuisance and a Warrant for Escape - Failure to Return to Lawful Detention.

Rachael Barger, 43 of Scottsburg IN was arrested on an Out of County Warrant.

On July 17th Xavier Coats, 20 of Henryville IN was arrested for Public Intoxication and Resisting Law Enforcement.                                     

NOTE:  Not only are Deputies arresting the offenders on the street, our Deputy Jailers are offering services and classes to our inmates.  These services and classes provide a path for our inmates to get clean while simultaneously receiving much needed job skills training, their high school equivalency diploma, substance abuse treatment, spiritual involvement with numerous church groups and association with peer support groups such as Thrive.
