Another Morning Search Warrant by Deputies Leads to Six Arrested

And Other Recent Arrests by Deputies

 

Scott County-This morning at approximately 9:30 am, Deputies from the Scott County Sheriff's Office executed a search warrant at 825 Mann Avenue in Austin, IN. Deputies began an investigation responding to complaints about the residence. Detective John Hartman completed the investigation and submitted the information to the Scott County Prosecutor's Office and received a search warrant.

 

During the search, deputies located Methamphetamine, Heroin, Controlled Substance, (pills), and paraphernalia. The division of Family and Children were called in after two children, ages one and three were found in the home living in what was considered by deputies as dangerous conditions.

Ashley Baker, 27 of Austin, IN was arrested for Neglect of a Dependent, Maintaining a Common Nuisance, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of a Syringe and Possession of Paraphernalia.

  

                                          

 

Ambrosa Burton, 28 of Austin, IN, was arrested for Neglect of a Dependent, Maintaining a Common Nuisance, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Heroin, Possession of a Narcotic Drug, Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Syringe, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Paraphernalia and Possession of a Legend Drug.

                                         

Fannie Newsome, 46 of Austin, IN, was arrested for Neglect of a Dependent, Maintaining a Common Nuisance, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of a Legend Drug and Possession of Paraphernalia.

                                          

Earl Estep, 31 of Austin, IN, was arrested for Neglect of a Dependent, Maintaining a Common Nuisance and Possession of a Syringe.

                                           

 

On November 5th Deputy John Hartman Arrested Mitchell Sizemore, 54 of Austin, IN for Neglect of a Dependent, Maintaining a Common Nuisance, Possession of Meth, Possession of a Legend Drug and Possession of Paraphernalia.

                                                     

On November 5th Deputy John Hartman Arrested Gordon Burton, 38 of Austin, IN for Neglect of a Dependent, Maintaining a Common Nuisance, Possession of Meth, Possession of Heroin, Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Syringe, Possession of a Narcotic Drug, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Legend Drug and Possession of Paraphernalia.
