Weekend Arrests for the Scott County Sheriff's Office

Scott-  On September 5, 2021, Bronson Moore, age 26, of Columbus, Indiana was transported from Bartholomew County to Scott County on an outstanding warrant for Escape-Flees from Lawful Detention. 

 

On September 17, 2021, Deputy Eric Balingit and Deputy Josh Hammond made contact with Chrystal Lester, age 42, of Lexington.  Lester had an outstanding out of county warrant and was arrested.  She was transported to the Scott County Jail. 

 

On September 17, 2021, Melvin Bennett Jr., age 36, of Seymour was arrested on an outstanding warrant for Invasion of Privacy.  Seymour Police Department made the arrest and Sergeant Johnney Coomer assisted with transportation to the Scott County Sheriff's Office.
