Recent Arrests by the Scott County Sheriff's Office
Scott County-On January 15, 2021, Major Joe Guarneri responded to rural Scott County for a disturbance. Upon arrival an investigation led to the arrest of Matthew Brickley, 32, of Scottsburg for Invasion of Privacy.
On January 16, 2021, Corporal Charlie Morgan responded to rural Scott County for an accident with unknown injuries. Upon arrival an investigation led to the arrest of Talbert Kitzman, 28, of Henryville, IN, for Operating a Vehicle with a B.A.C. of .08 or More, Operating a Vehicle with an A.C.E. of 0.15 or More, Operating a Vehicle Endangering a Person and Leaving the Scene of an O.W.I. Accident.
On January 16, 2021, Corporal James Ward responded to an accident with unknown injuries in rural Scott County. An investigation led to the arrest of Kayla Baldauf, 28, of Scottsburg for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a Person, Operating While Intoxicated Previous, with Minor in Vehicle and Child Abuse/Neglect.
On January 18, 2021, Corporal Johnney Coomer went to an address in Scottsburg in an attempt to serve an outstanding arrest warrant. Upon arrival Rihana Scull, 19, of Scottsburg was arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant for Possession of Marijuana and Visiting a Common Nuisance.
