Recent Arrests by the Scott County Sheriff's Office

Scott County-On December 14, 2020, Corporal Johnney Coomer served an outstanding arrest warrant at the Scott County Jail.  Felicia King, 44, of North Vernon, IN, was arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant for Possession of Methamphetamine At Least 10 Grams but Less Than 28 Grams. 

 

On December 14, 2020, Corporal Charlie Morgan and Deputy Chris Bowling responded to an accident on I-65.  Upon arrival an investigation led to the arrest of Maurice Latzzis, 34, of Fayetteville, Ga, for Operating While Intoxicated with a Prior, Operating While Intoxicated Endangering a Person, Operating a Vehicle with a BAC of .08 or more and Operating a Vehicle with a A.C.E. of .15 or More. 

 

On December 15, 2020, Deputy Chris Bowling responded to rural Scott County on a disturbance call.  Deputy Bowling was assisted by Corporal Charlie Morgan and Officers with the Austin City Police Department.  Upon arrival an investigation led to the arrest of Christopher Caudill, 36, of Austin for Unlawful Possession or Use of a Legend Drug, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of a Schedule I, II, III or IV Controlled Substance.
