Recent Arrests by the Scott County Sheriff's office

Scott County-On October 10, 2020, Corporal Charlie Morgan and Deputy Zach Brown responded to an accident on Boatman Road.  Upon arrival an investigation led to the arrest of Brian Arbuckle, 41, of Bloomington, IN, for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with a Prior, Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a Person, Public Intoxication and Operating While Intoxicated with Refusal.

On October 10, 2020, First Sergeant Keith Hartman responded to a disturbance call.  An investigation led to the arrest of Matthew Johnson, 22, of Austin for Domestic Battery Committed in the Presence of a Child and Intimidation.

On October 10, 2020, First Sergeant Keith Hartman, Corporal James Ward and Deputy Chris Bowling responded to an accident on Shea Road.  Upon arrival an investigation led to the arrest of Travis Nease, 48, of Scottsburg for Operating While Intoxicated, Operating a Vehicle with a B.A.C. of .08 or more, Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a Person, Battery by Bodily Waste to a Public Official, Resisting Law Enforcement and Driving While Suspended.

On October 12, 2020, Corporal Johnney Coomer and Deputy Skyler Thompson responded to a disturbance on Water Tower Road.  Upon arrival an investigation led to the arrest of Ima Pearson, 46, of Austin for Invasion of Privacy and Resisting Law Enforcement.
