Recent Arrests by Deputies

Scott County-On September 22, 2020, Corporal Charlie Morgan served an outstanding arrest warrant.  Sean Harris, 40, of Charlestown, IN, was arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant for failure to comply on the charges of Domestic Battery and Battery by Bodily Waste.  Sean Harris was remanded to the Scott County Jail.

 

On September 22, 2020, Deputy Zach Brown conducted a citizen stop in rural Scott County.  An investigation led to the arrest of Dale Wright, 56, of Austin for Unlawful Possession of a Syringe and Possession of a Schedule I or II Narcotic Drug. 

 

On September 23, 2020, Deputy Zach Brown served an outstanding arrest warrant.  William Cooper, 33, of Marysville, IN, was arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant for Failure to Appear and also for a Writ of Attachment. 

 

On September 23, 2020, First Sergeant John Hartman conducted a traffic stop in rural Scott County.  An investigation led to the arrest of Ashley Dowling, 28, of Austin for an outstanding arrest warrant for Escape, Flees from Lawful Detention.
