Drug Arrests Continue
Scott County-On August 10, 2020, First Sergeant Keith Hartman and Deputy Chris Bowling went to a local hotel in Scottsburg for a complaint of illegal narcotics being in one of the rooms. Upon arrival an investigation led to the arrest of two people for drug related charges. Mike Martin, 36, of Scottsburg was arrested for Possession of Cocaine or a Schedule I or II Narcotic Drug At Least 5 Grams but less than 10 Grams, Maintaining a Common Nuisance and Possession of Paraphernalia. Lisa Martin, 45, of Austin was arrested for Possession of Cocaine or a Schedule I or II Controlled Substance At Least 5 Grams but less than 10 Grams, Maintaining a Common Nuisance and Possession of Paraphernalia.
On August 11, 2020, Deputies Charlie Morgan, Zach Brown and Chris Bowling responded to the old Corn Factory in Scottsburg for a complaint of illegal narcotics. Upon arrival an investigation led to the arrest of Mark Spicer Jr. for Possession of Cocaine or a Schedule I or II Controlled Substance At Least 5 Grams but less than 10 Grams, Unlawful Possession of a Syringe (with a prior), Maintaining a Common Nuisance, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Paraphernalia and Dealing in Cocaine or Narcotic Drug At Least 5 Grams but less than 10 Grams.
