Law Breakers in Scott County Go To Jail
Scott County-On July 13, 2020, Deputy James Ward conducted a traffic stop in Scottsburg. An investigation led to the arrest of Bradley Helton, 22, of Scottsburg for Escape, Flees from Lawful Detention.
On July 14, 2020, Deputies Christopher Bowling and Charlie Morgan responded to a property damage accident on Marshfield Road. Upon arrival an investigation led to the arrest of Jason Seaver, 45, of Scottsburg for Operating While Intoxicated and Operating a Vehicle with an ACE of 0.15 or More.
On July 14, 2020, Corporal Kenton Makowsky and Deputy Charlie Morgan responded to an address in Scottsburg for a follow up investigation that Cpl. Makowsky had begun the day prior. As a result of completing the investigation two people were arrested. James Mullins Jr., 40, of Scottsburg was arrested for Robbery and Criminal Confinement Committed by Using a Vehicle. Christy Kallembach, 40, of Scottsburg was arrested for Criminal Confinement Committed by Using a Vehicle and Battery.
On July 15, 2020, Deputy Zach Brown, First Sergeant John Hartman and Colonel Lonnie Combs responded to a local business in Scottsburg for an unconscious male inside of a vehicle. An investigation led to the arrest of David Kline, 51, of Scottsburg for Unlawful Possession of a Syringe, Maintaining a Common Nuisance, Possession of Cocaine or a Schedule I or II Narcotic Drug, Public Intoxication and Possession of Paraphernalia.
On July 17, 2020, Deputies Charlie Morgan and Jessica Dickey and Corporal Johnney Coomer responded to Terry Road on a disturbance. Upon arrival an investigation led to the arrest of Kaylie Mullins, 21, of Austin for Battery, Resisting Law Enforcement, Battery No Injury Victim is a Public Safety Official, Criminal Trespass and Escape Flees from Lawful Detention.
