Traffic Stops by Scott County Deputies Lead to Arrests

 

Scott- On July 7, 2020, Deputy Charlie Morgan conducted a traffic stop and made contact with driver Josee Lee, age 24, of Milton, Kentucky. Lee was arrested and transported to the Scott County Jail. She faces charges of POSSESSION SCHEDULE I, II, III, OR IV CONTROLLED, UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OR USE OF A LEGEND DRUG OR PRECURSOR, MAINTAINING A COMMON NUISANCE, POSSESSION MARIJUANA/HASH OIL/HASHISH OR SALVIA, and POSSESSION OF PARAPHERNALIA.

 

 

 

On July 8, 2020, Deputy Charlie Morgan conducted a traffic and made contact with driver, Michael West, age 24, of Scottsburg. West was arrested and transported to the Scott County Jail. West faces charges of POSSESSION OF COCAINE OR SCHEDULE I OR II NARCOTIC DRUG and MAINTAINING A COMMON NUISANCE.
