Recent Arrests By The Scott County Sheriff's Office

Scott County-On May 11, 2020, Corporal Johnney Coomer and Deputies Skylar Thompson and Jessica Dickey went to an address in Austin with the assistance of the Austin Police in an attempt to serve an outstanding arrest warrant.  Upon arrival April Albertson, 38, of Austin was arrested on three outstanding warrants for Failure to Appear. 

 

On May 16, 2020, Corporal Johnney Coomer and Deputy Skylar Thompson went to an address in Scottsburg in an attempt to serve an outstanding arrest warrant.  Upon arrival Tiffany Stidham, 24, of Scottsburg was arrest on an outstanding warrant for Unlawful possession of a Syringe and Possession of Cocaine or a Schedule I or II Narcotic Drug At Least 5 Grams but Less Than 10 Grams.

 

On May 16, 2020, Deputy Skylar Thompson and Corporal Johnney Coomer responded to rural Scott County for a property damage accident.  Upon arrival an investigation led to the arrest of a female for multiple charges.  Jennifer Ellis, 38, of Austin was arrested for Neglect of a Dependent, Child Abuse/Neglect, Resisting Law Enforcement, Criminal Recklessness Armed With a Deadly Weapon, Public Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct.
