Scott County Deputies Continue their Rampage on Drugs

Arresting Seven during Search Warrant

Scott County-Earlier this afternoon at approximately 2:22 pm, the Scott County Sheriff's Office with the assistance of the Indiana State Police served a search warrant at 5004 South Hardy Mill Road in Lexington, (rural Scott County).  As a result of the search warrant seven people were arrested on drug related charges.  During the search of the property Methamphetamine, Marijuana and Paraphernalia were located.

Keri Fortney, 28, of Lexington was arrested for Dealing in Cocaine or a Narcotic Drug, Possession of Marijuana, Maintaining a Common Nuisance and Visiting a Common Nuisance.  Tiffany Carey, 30, of Lexington was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine and Visiting a Common Nuisance.  Garry Lowery, 66, of Lexington was arrested for Maintaining a Common Nuisance.  Heather Richey, 34, of Lexington was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine, Visiting a Common Nuisance and Escape.  Stephen Goben, 59, of Lexington was arrested for Dealing in Methamphetamine At Least Five Grams but Less Than Ten Grams, Possession of Methamphetamine At Least Five Grams but Less Than Ten Grams and two counts of Possession of Paraphernalia.  Devin Campbell, 25, of Lexington was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine, Visiting a Common Nuisance and Possession of Paraphernalia.  Scott Cope, 32, of Lexington was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine and Visiting a Common Nuisance.
