Weekend Arrests for the Scott County Sheriff’s Office

 

 

Scott County-On August 17, 2019 deputies with the Scott County Sheriff’s Office checked a suspicious vehicle on Hyland Street in Scottsburg. After speaking with the occupant it led to the arrest of Elizabeth Benham, 35, of Scottsburg for Possession of Methamphetamine, Unlawful Possession of a Syringe, Maintaining a Common Nuisance and Resisting Law Enforcement.

 

On August 18, 2019 deputies with the Scott County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call of threats on Finley Firehouse Road. After arriving and conducting an investigation it led to the arrest of Joseph Hale, 42, of Scottsburg for Intimidation, and Driving While Suspended Prior.
