More Arrests for the Scott County Sheriff’s Office

 

Scott County-On August 6, 2019, Lt. Shawn Mayer and Deputy John Hartman with the Scott County Sheriff’s Office responded to the Lexington area for a suspicious vehicle parked in a drive-way. After arriving on scene and conducting an investigation it led to the arrest of Daniel Stuehrenberg, 39, of Henryville, Indiana for Operating as a Habitual Traffic Violator, Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Paraphernalia.

On August 6, 2019, Deputies John Smith, Johnney Coomer and Darin Marshall with the Scott County Sheriff’s Office and Officer Cody Newsome with the Austin City Police Department responded to an address on Rural Street for suspicious people being there. Upon arrival an investigation led to the arrest of two people for drug related charges. Jesse Eversole, 42, of Austin was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine, Maintaining a Common Nuisance, Possession of Paraphernalia and Trafficking with an inmate. Amanda Terrell, 38, of Austin was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine, Maintaining a Common Nuisance and Possession of Paraphernalia.

As Officers were conducting an investigation a vehicle approached the residence without using headlights. Deputy Johnney Coomer motioned for the vehicle to stop and began speaking with the driver. An investigation led to the arrest of Donald Stacy, 56, of Austin was arrested for Operating as a Habitual Traffic Violator.
