Weekend Arrests for the Scott County Sheriff’s Office

 

Scott-On July 26, 2019, Deputies received information that a red SUV was driving erratically on Highway 31 near Scott Memorial Hospital. Deputy Johnney Coomer and Deputy Skylar Thompson observed a vehicle matching the description of the vehicle in question. A traffic stop was initiated and the driver was identified as Tammy McIntosh, age 41, of Scottsburg. McIntosh advised deputies that she was driving on a suspended operator’s licenses. Deputy Coomer and Deputy Thompson observed McIntosh to be acting impaired. Further investigation showed McIntosh to be in possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia. McIntosh was arrested and charged with POSSESSION OF PARAPHERNALIA and POSSESSION SCHEDULE I, II, III, OR IV CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE. She was transported to the Scott County Jail.

On July 27, 2019, Deputy Coomer initiated a traffic stop and the driver was identified as Robert Burnett, age 37, of Crothersville. Burnett had a suspended Operator’s License. He was arrested and charged with DRIVING WHILE SUSPENDED and transported to the Scott County Jail.

On July 28, 2019, Deputy Skylar Thompson initiated a traffic and Deputy Darin Marshall assisted with the stop. The driver was identified Pascha Hanner, age 33, Frankfort, Kentucky. Hanner admitted to not having a license. Further investigation showed that Hanner had an active warrant out of Clark County. Hanner was arrested for OPERATOR NEVER LICENSED and OUT OF COUNTY WARRANT. She was transported to the Scott County Jail.
