Drug Arrests Continue with the Scott County Sheriff’s Office
Scott County-On May 28, 2019 Deputy Joe Baker and Deputy Phil Thomas with the Scott County Sheriff’s Office acting on a tip that had been received by the Scott County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop in Austin. An investigation led to the arrest of three individuals for drug related charges. Marshann Hensley, 55, of Austin was arrested and charged with Possession of a Schedule I, II, III or IV Controlled Substance, Maintaining a Common Nuisance and Unlawful Possession of a Syringe. Kathy Massengail, 49, of Austin was arrested for Possession of a Schedule I, II, III or IV Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of a Syringe and Visiting a Common Nuisance. Ryan Prater, 31, of Warsaw IN was arrested for an Out of County Warrant, Possession of a Schedule I, II, III or IV Controlled Substance, Visiting a Common Nuisance and Unlawful Possession of a Syringe.
On May 28, 2019 Deputy Johnney Coomer with the Scott County Sheriff’s Office went to the Scott County Sheriff’s Office in reference to a female on station that had an outstanding warrant for her arrest. Upon arrival Lindse Austin, 25, of Medora In. was arrested on a warrant for Failure to Appear.
