Weekend Arrests by the Scott County Sheriff’s Office

Keeping Three More Dopers on the Run

Scott County-On May 18, 2019 Deputy Joe Baker with the Scott County Sheriff’s Office responded to a suspicious vehicle call on Terry Road. Upon arrival an investigation was conducted which led to the arrest of three people for Possession of Illegal Narcotics. Christopher Gay, 34, of Austin was arrested for Public Intoxication and Unlawful Possession of a Syringe. Lora Johnson, 44 of Scottsburg was arrested for Possession of a Schedule I, II, III or IV Controlled Substance. Kaylie Mullins, 20, of Austin was arrested for Unlawful Possession of a Syringe. Deputy Baker was assisted by Lt. Shawn Mayer with the Scott County Sheriff’s Office.

On May 19, 2019 Lt. Shawn Mayer with the Scott County Sheriff’s Office responded to Machine Lane in reference to trespassing. Upon arrival an investigation led to the arrest of Michael O’Neal, 47, of Nabb for Criminal Mischief, Criminal Trespassing, Residential Entry, Intimidation and Battery.
