Scott County Sheriff’s Office Teams up with Kentuckiana Crime Stoppers

Scott County-Recently, Sheriff Jerry Goodin met with Crime Stoppers Principal Administrator David Yates and worked out a deal in which Kentuckiana Crime Stoppers will provide tips and rewards for crime information involving cases in Scott County at no cost to the tax payers of Scott County.

Sheriff Goodin had worked with David Yates and Crime Stoppers for a number of years while with the Indiana State Police and is excited about the new partnership here in Scott County.

Kentuckiana Crime Stoppers will provide rewards up to $1,000.00 for information that leads to an arrest involving unsolved crimes. They also have what is called Quick 50 in which they will pay a $50.00 reward for the location of a stolen vehicle and Quick 75 that pays a $75.00 reward for the apprehension of any fugitive.
