Sheriff Merit Deputy Full Time

(Varies / 24 Hour Public Service Operation)

 

21 years of age, Indiana Law Enforcement Academy Training/Non Academy applicants also, ability to complete other

required training as needed, possession of a Valid Indiana Driver's License and be in good standing with the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles.

 

Application Process: Candidates can obtain a Scott County Employment Application from the Scott County Auditor's Office at 1 East McClain Avenue, Suite 130 Scottsburg, Indiana from 8:30 to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. The Application must be submitted to the Auditor's office by 4:30pm on June 14, 2023.
