During the operation, Deputies Joe Johnson, Justin Cheatham and Shawn Mayer acted as case officers while all Deputies investigated or assisted in all occurrences.

At 119 Jefferson Street Deputy Justin Cheatham, Deputy James Shelton and Probation Officer Scott Pool made contact with Nathan Kyle Baldwin. In speaking with Baldwin, Deputy Cheatham received permission from Baldwin to conduct a probation search of the residence. As a result of the search several articles of paraphernalia were recovered to include hypodermic syringes, Opana pain pill(s), and devices used to smoke marijuana. Baldwin was arrested and transported to the Scott County Security Center for processing and booking where he is being held.

At 784 Village Court Apartments Deputy Joe Johnson was assisted by Deputy Rodney Rudder and State Trooper Matt Busick, On scene officers made contact with Teddy D. Abner and Beverly Louise Vogel and were allowed inside the residence. In speaking with both subjects a search of the residence was granted. Deputy Johnson then requested the assistance of Deputy Shawn Mayer and his narcotics detection canine, Arina, to conduct a sniff of the interior of the apartment. While conducting the sniff of all areas of the apartment, Canine Arina alerted to the possible presence of narcotics on two specific dresser drawers in the master bedroom. A hand search of the dresser drawers resulted in the discovery of Methamphetamine, Marijuana, and Paraphernalia. The final arrests of the operation took place in Scottsburg on a traffic stop near US 31 and Frame Street. In doing the exterior sniff of the vehicle his canine, Arina, alerted to the possible presence of narcotics in or on the vehicle. While conducting the sniff of the vehicle Sheriff McClain, Chief Deputy Campbell, Trooper Busick, and other deputies arrived on scene.
