Four Arrests Made in Residential Entry

March 11, 2014: the Scott County Sheriff’s Office responded to 3043 Righthouse Lane concerning a Burglary in Progress at approximately 1:20 PM. 

Upon Deputies arrival, they spoke with a female whom was standing outside of the residence.  This person, Lacey Denise Genglebach (10-21-1993) admitted to driving Nathaniel Joesph Gardner (05-27-1994), Garran Alexander Terrell (07-01-1994) and a juvenile to this residence for the purpose of breaking into it.  Genglebach further advised Deputies that the three males were still inside of the home.    

With this information, Deputies surrounded the residence and eventually apprehended the three males that were inside of the house; they were taken into custody without incident.

All four individuals were transported to the Scott County Security Center.  Gardner, Terrell and the juvenile were charged with Residential Entry; a Class “D” Felony and Genglebach was charged with Conspiracy to Commit Residential Entry and Residential Entry, both “D” Felonies.
