Lengthy Investigation into Drug Dealing in Scott County Results in a Search Warrant of a Residence, Seizure of Suspected Fentanyl Pills, Drug Paraphernalia, and US Currency...Drug Dealers Arrested

Scott County-In early January 2024, an investigation into suspected drug dealing at a residence in Scott County concluded on 2-21-2024 with a search warrant of the apartment home. The search warrant was executed at 1147 N. Bond Street, Apartment #4 in Austin, Indiana, led by deputies of the Scott County Sheriff's Office. The search resulted in the seizure of suspected Fentanyl Pills, other Narcotic Drugs, Drug Paraphernalia, and US Currency. Arrested at the scene of the search warrant were Ossie H. White, 47, and Nicholas L. White, 49, both of Austin, Indiana. Sheriff Goodin provided the following comment... "Drug Dealers in Scott County have been and will continue to be targeted by determined Sheriff's Deputies as we rid our community of these killer criminals. The drug Fentanyl has killed citizens in our county, as it has across the country. I will not rest, nor will my deputies, until we have rid our county of those who feed on the weakness of others, with no care for the eventual result. Pack your bags and leave or bring your toothbrush for your stay in the Scott County Jail because we will find you." The below photographs are of the suspected Fentanyl Pills, other Narcotics, Paraphernalia, and US Currency.
